The Seed Round consists of a $750K raise, which will be used for pledged-asset lending agreement(s) as well as capital runway for MTGT to grow its marketing and outreach to other investors and borrowers. This will be targeted at high-yield, low Loan-to-Value (lower risk) contract(s) with collateral held ‘in-custody’ by a third-party broker. All collateral is controlled by MTGT.
